This film is based on Franny Choi's poetry collection Soft Science, which explores the idea of female body as cyborg. As an extension of what's said in Donna Haraway's A Cyborg Manifesto, the film explores the idea of cyborg feminism, using Turing Test as a form to question the boundaries among human, animals and machines.
